Polling Places closed due to flooding
SEATTLE - Candidates in Washington's hottest political races engaged in a frenzy of last-minute door-belling, supermarket handshaking and rush hour sign-waving to motivate their supporters on Election Day, while also keeping an eye on flooding that had closed some polling places.
