This is the US Office of the Special Counsel website which has everything you ever wanted to know about the Hatch Act but were afraid to ask. The prohibited category list (ALJ's, Secret Service, FBI, NSA, DOJ-Criminal Division, SES, DIA, and others) is at the OSC website.
