Former justices accuse BIAW of massive public disclosure law violations

A group that includes two prestigious former State Supreme Court justices are prepared to file suit against the Building Industry Association of Washington (BIAW) and its affiliates, the Master Builders Association of King and Snohomish County (MBA) in forty five days for massive violations of the public disclosure law if Attorney General Rob McKenna and county prosecutors do not act, NPI has learned.

A forty five day notice to the PDC and Attorney General is required by state law before the plaintiffs, who are represented by Seattle attorneys Knoll Lowney and Mike Withey, may take legal action on their own.

The plaintiffs include former State Supreme Court justices: Robert Utter and Faith Ireland, A-1 Builders (a beneficiary of the BIAW trust) and BIAW trust beneficiaries.

Washington's public disclosure law stipulates that any organization soliciting money for the purpose of achieving of influencing electoral goals must register as a political committee with the Public Disclosure Commission, and records such as contributions and expenditures must be made available to the public.

The Building Industry Association of Washington and the Master Builders Association of King and Snohomish County (MBA) are not registered as political committees, nor have they disclosed the sources of their campaign money.

The Rossi challenge to the outcome of the governors race started out with a phone call from the BIAW,Tom McCabe to a sheriff in Thurston county, Hay hay! we got a felon vote here ,how about you! Funny you should ask said the sheriff of Thurston county, we got one too! From there it's any number you want it to be.But how can I prove this said Rossi? Don't worry said the sheriff the odds in those numbers are always with you! And than came the bogus Rossi equation=,s no way to tell!

And that is the fact Rossi denied all threw the trial proceedings even when it all came down to the felon vote ,he still denied it.

And isn't that just what felons do?

It's like I said, I saw the sign. It was almost hilarious! Counter signs, co signs every kind of sign.

Rossi believes he has positioned himself at a safe distance from the BIAW and the Master Builders Association's interest's in the republican network here in Washington state. But there is no way he can distance himself or separate himself from the republican party network in Washington state because they are all married and sleeping in the same bed!And no journalist can say that without proving it! At the same time you can see the little GOP rather than the R for republican ,there he flirts at a distance! He may have to seperate further. Or The I Rossi !
