(Wash. state) GOP caucus bans state Sen. Pam Roach, tells her to get anger counseling

State Sen. Pam Roach, R-Auburn, has been banned from the Senate Republican Caucus after colleagues told her she has repeatedly mistreated staff and should get counseling to manage her anger.

A letter sent to Roach by Senate GOP leaders said an internal investigation had concluded "it would be best to physically separate you from the caucus staff and from other Republican Senators while we are working on the floor."

Roach can still vote, but she is barred from the caucus room where her colleagues discuss legislation, and she cannot deal directly with caucus staff or counsel.

The punishment stems from an incident last year in which Roach berated a Senate staff attorney, telling him he should be fired.

It's pretty obvious she's got some real problems. But she is in total denial - they're all "out to get her."

Edit...those elliptical pupils are a dead giveaway, I'll bet she has to crawl out into the sunlight every morning to warm up before she can crawl to the state house.

I'm hoping this bad publicity will fire the voters to elect someone else, preferably a Dem.

nuts that she's been around this long, but maybe to some voters they're so used Limbaugh and Coulteresque style antics and anger it seems par for the course.

Watching the clips of her on tv she seems like an incredibly difficult personality to get along with, and that grandstanding about having her flowers moved from her desk, waving her laminated specially made sign, wow, I half expected her to be taken away in a straitjacket.

Looks like she figured it out. Most people who have ever worked with her have said that she has a nasty streak.

Now, if we can only somehow team her up with Palin and Michele Bachmann; there's the winning team from stark, raving, batshit crazy!
