Finding Local Food with FoodHub

A new online directory that links Northwest food producers with Northwest buyers just launched last week. FoodHub is designed to allow buyers like chefs, caterers and grocery chains to find small and large scale local producers for fruits, vegetables, meats, baked goods, dairy products, etc. The program is funded by federal money passed through the Washington and Oregon departments of agriculture, and developed by EcoTrust, an Oregon non-profit. Try it out at www.food-hub.org.
