http://peacecandidates.com/states/wisconsin?

if there aren't any then why aren't people in the peace movement climbing over each other to run on a peace platform. doing it as greens or independents are good too.

If a candidate says they are against the war, and would like the troops brought home over a 6 month period, with a few remaining to keep order... they are not a peace candidate. You are only a "peace candidate" if you favor complete and instantaneous withdrawal. The only people who are going to come out and say that are the libertarian candidates, who don't have a chance at winning anyway.

I nominated a couple of Democrats to that website from Wisconsin, and they were promptly removed because they did not take the most extreme position- complete and immediate withdrawal.

Its not going to be up to a congressperson to decide this sort of thing (what the steps of withdrawal would be) so it doesn't cost them anything to say it. But no president is going to be able to do this, so what is the point? People say lots of things while they are campaigning that are totally impossible to implement, and this is one of them.

Edit: Feingold is totally against the war in Iraq and has said so from DAY ONE. He has proposed a number of bills to bring the troops home, but none of them say TOMORROW. The bill would never be taken seriously.
