2. i never liked
jessica mcbride. her screeds in the waukesha freeman were, to put it politely, trash. i was able to do better writing in high school. i've met both paul and jessica, paul i was able to have a seemingly mature, rational discussion, which in the end, we agreed to disagree (ok it was about sports). jessica was more of the nutbag, and after 2 minutes of listening to her tell me i was what was wrong with the country, i politely told her to go fuck herself.

takes all kinds i guess.

Activist files complaints over police chief's extramarital affair
By John Diedrich of the Journal Sentinel

Posted: Jun. 26, 2009

A community activist on Friday filed two complaints against Milwaukee Police Chief Edward Flynn and asked for a criminal investigation, all concerning an affair Flynn had with a married journalist.

LaMonte C. Harris, who has been outspoken on education and other issues in the city, filed complaints with the city's Fire and Police Commission and the Ethics Board.

Harris and supporters also met briefly with Milwaukee County District Attorney John Chisholm and set up a meeting with him for next week. In a letter, Harris asked Chisholm to investigate whether Flynn committed adultery, a felony in Wisconsin. Chisholm said he will talk to the group about the law but made no commitment on an investigation.

Harris acknowledged that adultery is rarely prosecuted but said that someone in Flynn's position should not be violating any laws. "It sends a bad message," Harris said.
