Subpoena Kathy Nickolaus
Edited on Thu Apr-07-11 11:58 PM by FeelingBlue
I don't know how to subpoena anyone. And I am not in Waukesha County. But, someone out there should. At least someone who voted and thinks that her vote has not been handled properly. I don't know the law, but I sure hope the Dems. are going to scrutinize absolutely everything on this one. This makes me sick. Can I subpoena Kathy Nickolaus for making me sick?:puke:

3. Who gives a c*ap what Van H. thinks?
That was the LAST election that was *almost* an automatic recount, when Van Hollen defeated Kathleen Falk.

2. Looks probable to me -- if only to verify her story

There was a good diary at dKos regarding her comment that she "forgot to save" her file in Access.

The diarist pointed out that the way Access works -- saving isn't necessary, in fact you CAN'T save in Access and then
have your numerical totals change.

It's not like hitting the "Equal" key on a calculator -- where the last keypad entry tabulates a result. "Saving" in
Access doesn't change the numbers, and it's not required.

Nickolaus' other comment that "macros were turned off" means that someone MIGHT have programmed a script in
her copy of Access to actually make "saving" perform a tabulating function -- but with macros off it would have
been disabled.

Sorry I don't have a link -- got to get some work done today -- but the diary's at the top, not hard to find.

EDIT to Add this from OneWisconsinNOW... This is what's up on their website. They're making a flat, straight up
assertion that the "discovery" of votes amounts to election theft:

https://secure3.convio.net/pn/site/Donation2?3280.donation=form1&df_id=3280&JServSessionIdr004=7fxxd32dud.app334b

We have had to endure lies and treachery in Fitzwalkerstan, but nothing like this. The actual attempted theft of an election.

Here’s what we had dug up and some of what our team also put together over night. First and foremost, Nickolaus worked for the Assembly Republican Caucus when Prosser was the Assembly Leader. You don’t have to be a political scientist professor to know this means Prosser was her boss. Now, she implausibly finds 7,500 more votes for Prosser. But there’s more:

Nickolaus dismissed an independent audit commissioned over concerns there are massive security threats in her current system. Nickolaus, who maintains a secret system for keeping public voting data, condescendingly laughed off the audit, drawing an irate reaction from the Waukesha County Board chair.
Nickolaus was one of two database experts for Assembly Republicans, spending 13 years becoming one of the state’s leading partisan experts on manipulating voter data.
Nickolaus was in charge of developing a computer program that “averaged the performance of Republicans in all statewide races for the previous eight years in each ward and then averaged that information for each city, township, county and district,” making her claim of human error even more ridiculous.

We’ll send more, but we wanted to give you something ASAP.

5. This info. that she disregarded the independent audit commission
that her system had security threats is extremely troubling to me.
