2. It's for the Waukesha Dems.
I'm a former Waukesha Dem (current Milwaukee Dem), and I'm glad they finally got a Web site up, even if their current chair is a little...snippy...via e-mail.

I have a conflict and can't attend, but it sounds like a good evening. Gwen's a lot of fun to chat with, too.

3. I saw
Gwen Moore during the second debate when her and a number of other influential Wisconsin Democrats hosted a bunch of Muslims, great time.

7. Got some family who lives there
If you don't know your gonna be stuck with your very powerful Puke congressman for as long as he wants that seat, unless something drastic happens.

11. Let's all just get to work for Bryan Kennedy
and change that prediction. Bryan has been working hard and raising money for months on his second campaign. Check out www.bk2006.org to learn more about Bryan and perhaps leave a little spare change to help the cause.

10. I'm looking forward to digging in...
I have 6-8 weeks until my wife and kids follow me up here. So I can pretty much devote all of my off-hours to organizing. I'll be interested to see what kind of infrastructure and data that we have out here.
