4. Saskatory...
Saskatchewan conservatives are called Saskatories :). This way they can be linked to the old Grant Devine goverment that almost bankrupted the province and had what 16 of their ministers be charged with fraud, and conservatives can be trusted with our money...hmmm. Well come to think of it it is another day in the life of a conservative party.:D

3. But he keeps his job and salary, and no criminal record, I'll bet.
Ah, the life of a politician.

5. This is the kind of crap
that makes me want to tear up my PC membership. Really, I'm sorry, we're not all that moronic. You'd be surprised how often I would like to see about 1/5 the membership fall off the edge of the flat 4000 year old earth.

7. didn't something like this happen when Tommy Douglas was in office?
Some guy (not an MLA, just a member of the public) was going around asking where the premier was, as he was going to shoot him ... and one office worker was so stunned that s/he actually pointed in the direction of Tommy's office?

8. HAR!
Sounds like the Mountie who was Chretien's bodyguard when he was in Trudeau's cabinet. One day on the street Chretien was in the middle os a conversation and started crossing the street against a red light. Needless to say, his bodyguard halted on the spot and waited for the light to change...
