So, is there going to be a February election then?
There seems to be a lot of speculation that Gordon is contemplating a surprise February election.

It would be a big gamble and would certainly result in a much reduced majority for his government, even if they managed a majority at all, but perhaps, given the rapidly deteriorating ecomomy, it's a gamble that he needs to take.

Will he?

Wouldn't it be better to have them all on the same day?

Sorry but I can't see a snap General election as a good idea.

And where is all this speculation anyway? Is somebody on a political betting site trying it on again then? Or is it Guido Fawkes up to his old tricks?
