Here’s a picture yesterday of Osborne from one Daily Mail article. (which hasn’t been corrected yet).

2. Well, yes, but it seems strange for it to extend beyond the outer fabric of the jacket
It could be photoshopped; or they could have chosen it on purpose (maybe there's something in his pocket. Or he could be pleased to see us ...)
