1. They need to be.
But I fail to see how they will have much evidence with no paper trail.

2. On what basis?
I just don't see how you challenge a 350,000 vote win.

3. Of course, there are still 1.6 million votes left to count in FL.

Its palm beach county... (none / 0)

at least partly...

the numbers from PBC make NO sense.

EVERY county in the state saw 10% more democratic votes this year than 2004.

Except Palm Beach County...just a 2% increase.

Statewide, more than 22% more votes were counted this year than 2000. EVERY county saw double digit increases in the number of counted votes.

Except Palm Beach County...which saw a little over 6% more votes counted...THAT BARELY ACCOUNTS FOR THE SPOILED BALLOTS IN 2000.

BUT THERE ARE 73,000 MORE REGISTERED VOTERS IN PBC since 2000--about 2300 GOP voters, 34000 Democrats, and the rest unaffiliated, etc...

Republican registration increased by less that 1%. Republican votes increased by 14%. Democratic registration increased by about 12%. Democratic votes increased by only TWO PERCENT?

THIS IS DEAL WRONG.
