Has anyone seen
the picture on the front page of the NYT this morning? I am just curious if anyone else found it to have a Third Reich quality about it - our "leader" standing in the sea of Marines - God bless them.

possibly photo-shopped? Nah, they were probably real as I am sure they were a "captive" audience. But the other picture was noteworthy as well. I have never seen anyone so photo-hungry as this President. It is all about him, after all . . .

6. I heard a short blurb of his speech on AAR this morning. . .
and he was saying "I'd like to thank you all for coming out to greet me today." . . . Like they had a fucking choice? Come on! They were marched there under orders to stand tall and look good.

Was it ever reported...ANYWHERE...what the military vote was?

I actually just wrote a longer response to this question and could swear I hit to post message but it's not here. But I am out of time to say it all again, and it was only an opinion anyway so very unimportant. But does anyone know where one could look for such statistics? I would love to see for myself.

On the other hand, it could be said that this looks more like Mussolini addressing his Hitler-like Youth in Italy at the beginning of WW2.
