Be on guard. Agents can come to your home when you least expect it and for outlandish things. The things that happened with the peace activists and protesters is only going to intensify. Next will be the gay community I fear.

I can't start threads yet... please somebody start a topic...

We must check for our names on the voter rolls. If you voted (particularly absentee) and your name is not on the voter roll, then your vote was thrown out. If we discover something big we might still have a chance.

7. Take this a little more seriously
My daughter, who is politically active, was followed across the midwest to NYC by an FBI surveillance team this summer. The state of New York is trying to send her to prison for 3 years for participating in the RNC protests (she did nothing violent, no property damage, no injuries, just ran down a street). You'd better keep your head down and not draw attention.

14. if you don't want to be "seen" there is economic resistance
boycott all shrub supporting companies and businesses. Don't give your hard earned money to any freeper type.

11. I have noticed quite a bit of .gov hits on mine lately
Plus I was on the front page in a local newspaper protesting the war. Hopefully that's enough visibility.

My son, who was in the Air Force, says that some people with desk jobs and night shifts do some Web surfing, so those hits could actually be from sympathizers.

That's the optimistic view, of course.
