Don't be too quick to be disappointed
Let's just see what the eleventh day brings. If he wins the electoral college, does he not win, concession or no? Can an election be unconceded?

My hunch tells me this ain't over yet.

They do, however, have a public perception effect. If anything turns after Kerry's concession, their argument becomes:
The Dems are trying to steal an election they already lost."
