Any News about Arnebeck's lawsuit? Is it filed yet?

This "bitterender" wants to know.

More worried every day he hasn't filed it.

I get the feeling he is conducting a study to be released in the spring. I wish someone would find some solid evidence showing a crime has occurred. I REALLY can't take George W for another 4 years.

At least until he testifies? Good grief, he's going to have his butt handed to him. Trial lawyers live for these kinds of finds for cross examination. I always ask people in depositions whether they've ever invented anything and get the most bizarre answers so that I can make them look like idiots in front of the jury. My favorite was the guy who's invented a device to talk to aliens with. What's with combining a voter fraud professional statistical analysis and a poetry site?!

Just wondering why we keep hearing that the lawsuit is going to be filed "tomorrow" but then "tomorrow" never seems to come.

After seeing that man put his very sole into the hearing yesterday i fully condem you for even implying he was bought. We have some of the most impassioned people i have ever seen fighting for our democracy and after yesterday i have nothing but support and admiration for them all. He is not going to let our democracy be sideswiped by an undotted i so shut your mouth, and have some faith.

Is it going to be announced when it's filed? I doubt that any media will cover it. Maybe Olbermann..but no one else will. I hope this guy has something that can save us from Shrub.
