conspiricy to supress the black vote, >reasonable suspicion that other

means were used to the same end.

We can show a multicounty pattern of voter supression and misdirection of black voters who favored Kerry by 87%. It then becomes reasonable to ask to examine the other items and documents used in the election to see if other means were used to the same end, ie taking votes away from Kerry and or padding Bush's totals.

So the voter supression we can prove can be used to get further evidence that can be examined for signs of fraud.

1. One sure way for black people as a group not to have their vote suppressed.
Vote Republican.

3. The key word is conspiracy. Doesn't that
come under RICO?
It is a multi-pronged conspiracy...

Suppression of voters
Lack of machines
Mis-directed to wrong precincts
Destruction of registration forms
Delaying until the last day to certify the vote count
Threw away early tally tapes
Messed with the exit polls
Machine errors all lean toward Bush
Making rules i.e. registration paper weight in order to throw away registrations
Changing the rules about provisional ballots
Machines throwing in over 3000 extra votes for Bush
Lockdown of precinct to count votes
Large number of spoiled ballots in democratic areas

There are more instances of crime in Ohio as well as in other states.

These all add up to a concerted conspiracy to defraud the public in a Federal election.

5. Yes
But theres got to be some treason-level high crime like subversion of the constitution or such.

Blackwell is supposed to notify the electors 10 days before they meet. I think he pushed it 5 days past his deadline.

Don't forget the illegal felon purges in Florida.
Requiring ID (illegal in Ohio) and only of black voters.
Mailing absentee ballots too late for them to arrive in time.

6. At the moment I am just trying to justify wide ranging discovery
I would argue that similar patterns of voter suppression did not come about accidentally, and the fact of the under availability of machines, taken together with things like mailings which advise democrats to vote on the wrong day, lead to a Reasonable Suspicion that there was a conspiracy whose purpose went beyond suppression the black vote, to rigging the election using a number of means.

At that point discovery would allow a number of items can be subpoenaed, including the machines and the tabulators and source code proprietary or not, (the interest of the country in fair election outweighs the commercial interest of the machine manufacturer in protecting a program for an integer adder that most collage sophomores in CS or EE could write in a day or two tops, since they COULD have been tampered with and there is a reasonable suspicion that they WERE tampered with.

4. Should be enough to show suppression large enough to affect the outcome.
Widespread, consistently anti-democrat and you've got grounds to invalidate the election.

Then send a mailing out to all the electoral college :
. Data to show that other states also show widespread targeted suppression.

. Some of LaRouche's maps that show 50% of Ohio's manufacturing jobs vanishing over the last 4 years and a 40% increase in minimum wage waitress and hotel maid jobs. Maybe a picture of a really pissed off factory worker with a hotel maid apron over his factory work clothes.

. A copy of Garcia's nomination to Atty General with one of the more tasteful Abu Garib photos attached.

. A photo of a really pissed natl guardsmen and the annoyed face of Rumsfeld explaining why we can't make armor faster, when half the factories in Ohio are closed.

7. Inspired by the founding fathers: Blacks to get 3/5 of a white man's vote
Suppress enough votes, and a black man's vote is worth as much as a slave's once was. That's a message to get out.
