Looks like that AND GETTING SOME MEDIA ie ( GET ON THE STREETS SUNDAY)
are the keys to the situation according to Arnebeck on AAR.
What do we know?

5. Okay. From what I heard......
it gets handed to one of them but then can be appealed by either party to the full court.
Anyone can confirm that?
Anyone know who we draw right off the bat?

6. I think it's 5-2 republican
It was 4-3, and Lanzinger just won an open seat.

7. Yes, they are repugs
They were going over and over that on Pacifica Radio, which is how I listened to the Conyers forum. And saying that that was why, unless we can get this into the MSM, nothing will happen. Because the court there is going to come down for Bush, probably, and if not, it will just end up in the US SUpreme Court, and we know what that means.

However, this may be awfully naive, but I have hope that the Supreme Court might not do it again. Especially if there is evidence of outright fraud.

But then again, if to Justice O'Connor it is primarily a matter of her pocketbook, which is what I am afraid of, it would go that way again. But I think she could have built up some outrage by now, over all that has happened since 2000. The veering far right, the lying, now the new terrifying cabinet, the war...

Maybe. Of course, I don't know her at all. But I suspect she can be a reasonable person. Unlike some others on that court.
