Can Arnebeck's filing stop Ohio's certification?
I wasn't under the impression it could. Can anyone clarify what the Arnebeck filing will do?

1. From the article...
"If the court decides to hear the challenge, it can declare a new winner or throw out the results. The challengers said they also plan to ask the court to stop the Electoral College delegation's vote until their case can be decided."

3. From what I understand the vote has already been certified-
today is the day the electoral college votes, and they are trying to stop it, at least that's what I get from the article.

5. Weren't the votes certified last week?
I think that his a done deal. But a challenge is a challenge to the certified votes, so it had to be done before a challenge could be filed. That is why Blackwell dragged out the count, to limit the time available to seek remedies. (recounts).
