I don't believe the mainstream media bullshit that our youth didn't show up. They did and their votes weren't counted. That said, if it IS true they didn't vote then I hope everyone between 18-24 that didn't vote gets drafted and sent to Iraq.

1. If that happened,
there would be more Americans than Iraqis there.

2. You start far too many of these 3-5 sentence threads in this forum
In each, the (vitriol and anguish)/content ratio is definitely too low.

How many are you up to now? Ten in the last ninety minutes?

3. I said last week, my classes weren't going to vote. I pleaded with them,
but they said they didn't trust either candidate. And they said they didn't know who was lying. I sent them to websites and I even got pissed off at the women. Obviously, this was all over the country.

So sad.

Yep, Draft away, they don't care.

4. They did and were likely challenged and sent away
It's common on college campuses. They show their state ID or drivers license and it has a different address (home address) they are then denied a ballot. It's a common problem at U of I. Champagne Urbana is a pretty conservative (Sinclair) area.

I think they tried to vote, I think they may have been challenged. Many were first time voters and may not have known their rights. Doesn't matter, soon they won't have any rights to know about.

5. They used Provisional Ballots....that's where the youth vote is. Many in
college and many just out who have had to move. They haven't counted the Provisionals..Kerry gave up because he was told there weren't enough of them. And, maybe some of the Youth...supported Bush.
