Ohio Senator at forum on Monday - our challenger??
According to the attendance list for the forum on the 13th on the House Judiciary Committee Democrat's website, Ohio Senator Ray Miller Dem., participated.

Could he be our Senator to challenge?

Please email him now: rmiller@maild.sen.state.oh.us

* thank him for attending
* state your concerns
* and ASK if he would be willing to challenge

My letter :

Dear Senator Miller,

I was very pleased to learn of your involvment with the forum about the election on Monday, December 13th. I thank you for taking time to deal with this important issue.

As you know, there were many irregularities, especially in Ohio. As a voting citizen, I feel very strongly that any irregularities must be fully investigated and explained. It is my view that because the vote is what legitimates an official`s term in office, it is the responsibility of the government to prove to its citizens that the vote was fair and free of interference.

I would like to ask you if
(a) you have or are planning on making any official statements about the forum and
(b) if you are willing to contest the election if necessary

You have my full support.

Sincerely,
Jennifer Lynn Nielsen

2. He's a state senator I believe. Need a U.S. Senator...
republicans Voinovich and DeWINE are the U.S. Senators for Ohio...I think.

4. don't...because I did that two days ago in another state...so just became
mindful of the difference. I got a nice email back pointing it out. It happens to them all the time.

5. He will probably send you a nice reply.
He will explain his interest in the forum, and perhaps give you his views.

He will explain to you that he cannot officially contest the election. He will tell you how that works.

I don't think you should feel stupid. It is never stupid to write to our lawmakers.

He is the one who is stupid if he does not reply to you.
