Bush......376,930

Justice of Supreme Court

Ed. Chavez (D)....414,881
Ned Fuller (R)....305,025

Judge Court of Appeals

Michael Vigil (D)...404,887
Paul Barber (R).....313,944

The Dem. Judges both got more votes than Kerry

5. It was quite a while ago
Don't think I can find it now, but the results are on the New Mexico official site. The words are small, but you can enlarge them with the + sign that's beside the hand in the left corner of the page.

6. OK, this is called cross-over voting in political science and
occurs in every election. In Ohio Voinovich got more votes than Bush on the Republican side. The head of the ticket does not always get the most votes for the party.


Look at previous election results going back decades and you'll find this phenomenon. There are things that can prove fraud, this is not one.
