All I know is news accounts are saying the suit was filed two hours before the electors voted -- making it 10-10:30am? I have no idea where.

4. Hmm - Mr. Arnebeck is not filing suit till Wednesday

That's what it says on one of the press releases on the Alliance for Democracy site. I have e-mailed him, and feel confident we will get the data after the fact.

5. The facts: about 10 am on Monday

Hi - Just got a return mail from Cliff at the organization. He writes that they have in fact already filed the suit, and that it was filed in Columbus about 10 on Monday, Dec. 13.
