GOPUSA runs Ohio Recount Story
The GOPUSA site ran a story that had earlier been on the Talon News and AP wire. I just think that it is significant that the question of irregularities is finally making it into their reality.

Media = Reality. Right?

Actually, I learned, while working for the NC Dept. of Corrections Public Info Office, that Perception = Reality but for most people Media = Perception. Isn't it sad?

They also sent out a link to this story in their "Millions of Americans News Update" email

Ohio Validates Election; Recount Set to Begin

Talon News

COLUMBUS, OH (Talon News) -- Members of the Ohio delegation to the Electoral College unanimously cast its 20 votes for President George W. Bush and Vice President Dick Cheney on Monday. Hours earlier, protest groups challenged the Ohio Supreme Court to review the outcome of the state's presidential race.

I thought about thanking them for calling attention to our cause but it would probably be a waste of time.

1. I'm suprised. That will definitely raise the profile, something I would
think they'd want to avoid. Maybe this will help us in the long run.

2. Though Self-servingly and admittedly nitpicky,
"Perception = Reality "

Nope. Perception = Warped Reality

Now since that's out of the way,

Thanks for the post. Hey, notice that now we are protest groups instead of dissidents? What will it be tomorrow? LOL

Hey, another couple weeks after they run out of adjectives I think it will finally be "the appropriate winners of this election"

3. In the case of this election and Administration
warped perception = warped reality

"perception is reality", is phrase that we used in the PIO to remind ourselves that our side of the story wasn't going to tell itself. The story that people get from the media often ends up being their "reality".
