4. 561 not included in ruling, appears they will be counted.
"But King County Elections Director Dean Logan said Monday that an error had prevented 561 valid ballots from being counted in the heavily Democratic county, which includes Seattle. Gregoire won about 58 percent of the vote there. Tuesday’s ruling would not affect those ballots. "

6. The hearing was on C-Span early this morning.
I Figured they would deny the ballots, I was watching the supreme court this morning they were fishing around for a way to deny the ballots.
This is democracy for ya. Like I said they have the government fixed, we the people don't matter anymore, and the proof of that is what is going on now.
