All we have to say to doubters is:
If there is no fraud in Ohio, WHY IS KEN BLACKWELL OBSTRUCTING THE INVESTIGATION?

See if a freeper can explain that away.

1. Note which party ALWAYS tries to thwart voters from voting
and votes from being counted.

A guess and a hint: it aint the democrats.

4. But their hero Bush has been obstructing the 9/11 investigations in
plain sight for years, and that doesn't seem to cause them any cognitive dissonance.

5. It kills me the fuss they put up about the recounts
Hell, if the votes were there on Nov. 2, they'll still be there now.

What is the problem with counting them again?

The bots worship a mass murderer who is freedom-bombing Iraqis to bloody bits in an effort to "bring democracy" to that nation, but just pitch a fit when we try to exercise it here.

It just seems like the laws of physics would cause their heads to implode.

6. Because allowing it to proceed sets a bad precedent for him and
future AGs. I'm just sayin', there could be another explanation.

8. Brilliant spin point!

So then you have to be able to iterate (very quickly) the manner in qhich he'd obstructing:

- Green county record lockout
- Slow walk the certification

Others?

Then you need to have a good zinger to refocus the discussion back on your talking point when they try to get you to talk about something else.

Thats how it works with freeper types. When you get something that is fact-based or irrefutable they are trained to say something to change the subject or baring that something to make you angry.

So in my mind the reply you would get would be akin to: "You liberals are just sore losers" to which I'd reply : "Liberals like me, love this country and we love our democracy and we are willing to fight to ensure that our voting systems are fair."

9. I've already seen their "rebuttal" to this.
Their take on it is that Blackwell is "trying to prevent this from turning into a witch-hunt."

Not convincing to me, but be prepared with a comeback for that. They will also try to accuse us of trying to get recount workers to alter the records, and Blackwell as "protecting" them.

10. uh huh right.
Sorry!Blackwell himself stated on national TV(KO)that he would not obstruct the recount.

What happened between then & now?

I guess THEN it didn't seem possible.

LOL.

13. Orange county recount: Vote padding? Interesting progression

Interesting progression:Bush -21, -37, -21, -37; Kerry -26, -13, -25, -12

The minus figures are the difference between the official count and the recount (totals look padded).

I posted this in response to the Florida recount figures (in which the official totals showed more votes for each candidate than the recount showed). This is for 2 precincts in Orange county. Orange is a Democratic county. For the recount figures, see:

http://www.recountflorida.com /

I'm not any mathematical genius but patterns are interesting. Almost looks like someone meant to increment or decrement in a pattern during a tabulation.

#1 shows Bush at -21 and Kerry at -26 (for a 5 loss for Kerry)

#2 shows Bush at -37 and Kerry at -13 for a 24 gain for Bush

#3 shows Bush at -21 and Kerry at -25 for a 4 loss for Kerry)

#4 shows Bush at -37 and Kerry at -12 for a 15 gain for Bush

Kerry loses 9 from total; Bush gains 39.

Looks like a program could have been written that incremented the Bush votes by 21 and 37 and siphoned off some Kerry votes (26 then 13, 25 then 12 (decreasing by 1 every other precinct).

15. Not necessary an overcount
Giving this a second glance I see that the provisionals and absentees aren't counted, and that there are only two precincts (counted twice, which accounts for the "progression." We need more data from more precincts. These could be absolutely correct.
