I Call BULLSHIT On This Election!!!
I'M NOT BLAMING KERRY -- he was probably the best qualified candidate I've ever seen in my entire life: decorated combat veteran, public peace activist, law enforcing prosecuting attorney/assistant district attorney, anti-corruption/environmentally friendly Senator, devout Catholic, tall, well spoken, won the debates -- what more could you honest to God ask for?

I'M NOT BLAMING THE MEDIA -- the information on the corruption and stupidity of this administration has been out there in nationally best selling books and movies. Everything you WANTED to know about the views of the two candidates has been PUBLIC INFORMATION in a variety of news outlets from well respected newspapers to television to the internet. SIXTY-FIVE MILLION PEOPLE watched him during the first debate; there was no hiding what a complete and utter screw up this man was from ANYONE who was interested in finding out because HIS SCREW-UPS were THE NEWS.

I'M NOT BLAMING THE DEMOCRATS -- they were the MOST organized, most "together" I have EVER seen them in my entire life. They raised funds, volunteered, gave money like crazy, and worked their butts off. I can't think of ANYTHING ELSE the Democrats or their leadership could have done differently.

BOTTOM LINE: WE WERE ROBBED. This is PURE ELECTION FRAUD. The "disappearing" of SEVEN MILLION VOTES, the discrepancies in the Ohio and Florida exit poll numbers, the "problems" in certain districts that suddenly started polling "Republican" -- WE WERE ROBBED. THERE IS NO OTHER REASONABLE EXPLANATION.

1. Exactly!

How can we get DU to understand that is what has happened!

This should be shouted to the roof tops.

12. We need more than DU

It take more than just DU to make this understood...
AMERICA needs to understand it--Including the Republicans!

Bush needs to take the risk that he might lose, and order
a NATIONWIDE RECOUNT & FRAUD INVESTIGATION!

But he won't...b/c he'd lose. But if he did it and somehow
it was PROVEN that he actually managed to win...

He might actually get some of us to quit bitching until he
screwed something else up (so, perhaps 20 minutes or so)!

3. I blame the media for turning their eyes away from the problem
as we screamed for them to look

I blame dems like daschle who helped the machines steal our votes (I'm glad he paid with his seat)

WE would never have known about them! Go look at the headlines for the last FOUR YEARS -- find me ONE GOOD DAY FOR BUSH! Good luck!

But, the media helped cover up the incompetence for too long and the subsequent robbery.

9. No, they didn't. Its all there EVERYWHERE.
Even THE ROBBERY is public. I'm sitting at home on my friggin' computer (ignoring the television), and I'm able to do the math on the public information that tells me WE WERE ROBBED. They are only ignoring it because WE AREN'T MAKING A FUSS.

22. We're on computers for some hours a day. Most are not and are usually
only half hearing what broadcast tv tells them.

I do agree with your overall assessment that the info was out there, but accessibility isn't always equal.

14. Look at TEXAS for the House.
The Democrats tried to stop the "redistricting" but it didn't work, and TEXAS RULES THE FREAKING WORLD.

One of the POOREST, LEAST EDUCATED, MOST CRIME RIDDEN STATES suddenly has HOW MANY POWERFUL VOICES IN WASHINGTON?

WE WERE ROBBED!!!

19. I am referring to your standing in the nationwide statistics --
I don't give a rat's ass where they come from, because its apparently "A Texas Thing" that the best way to determine whether or not you are going to pass a High School Equivalency exam is race related: 85% to PASS if you are WHITE, and 85% to FAIL if you are NOT were the last numbers I saw. If you want to pretend its due to the "stupid evil Mexicans" instead of your corrupt State Legislature, that's YOUR business, but since some people HAVE NOT administered good old fashioned "Texas Justice" to these CROOKS, and instead have inflicted them on the rest of the nation, BACK OFF.

23. What complete and total bullshit
Blaming Tejanos and Mexicans is particularly disgusting when the only blue parts of the entire state lie along the border.

I've lived in Texas for over 20 years, and I seriously doubt you are any kind of "progressive" that I'm familiar with.

15. Actually it would be quite easy.
Remember we're dealing with Karl Rove. He's cheated in everything he's done since 1970.
5 out of 6 votes were "counted" by Republican-controlled corporations.
This article is a must-read. Especially in retrospect.

It's happened three times in the last four years, all becasue we allowed people to vote on flawed computer voting machines.

10. Oh yeah - there's a winning attitude.
BOTTOM LINE: WE WERE ROBBED.

Bottom line - the chimp got more voters to the polls than we did. And any denial of that just contributes to more of the same. We had poll watchers and lawyers everywhere, we've got more elected county officials, more elected elections officers. "No, we didn't do anything wrong, they cheated us!" That's a sure recipe for winning next time.

You can't fix a problem if you can't acknowledge that it exists. There's a problem with our message or our messenger or our means of spreading our message. Until we come to grips with that, we're going to keep losing national elections. That's what, 4 out of 6? (1994, 1998, 2002, 2004)

16. WRONG. Look at the numbers in Florida.
Explain to me how the highest voter turnout EVER IN HISTORY in areas traditionally 90% Democratic are suddenly showing 50/50 voting trends for Repukes DESPITE EYEWITNESSES SAYING 90% OF VOTERS WERE IDENTIFYING THEMSELVES AS KERRY VOTERS IN PUBLIC.

Either the Democrats are just suddenly REALLY GOOD at public intimidation, or WE WERE ROBBED.

18. Poll Watchers Can't See What the Proprietary Software is Doing
The lawyers never had a chance to do anything.

Yes, there is also a problem with our ability to spread the message.
They own the news. They will own even more of it in another year
as the networks start buying up the print media under the new FCC
rules.

If you are saying we have to become Fundies to win,
that isn't winning. That really is surrender.

26. Yes, we WERE robbed. But Kerry quit on us.
I received a thank you e-mail from Kerry today. I was so disgusted after his exceedingly premature concession speech and felt so deceived by his promise to fight to the last vote that I responded to it with one word: "QUITTER!!!" Not nice, not polite, but perhaps he and his people need/deserve to hear it.

I mean this is it, there is no coming back, in the next few days someone has to come up with hard data to prove this election was fixed.
