red flag: 7.5% undervote

EIRS #54845 -- Election officials were not putting people in right precinct lines. Also polling places had broken machines.

location: Benedictine High School
overall Kerry%: 4F 97%, 4N 63%
red flag: high votes for Badnarik and Peroutka (34% of total)

EIRS 32343 -- ONLY 15 OF 17 POLLING MACHINES ARE WORKING

note: evidently many ballot switches between precincts

EIRS 47393 -- People from the H line were dropping ballots into the G Box because poll workers were moving people to a different line. Voter noticed mistake and alerted election inspector. Don't know what was done to correct it.

EIRS #50626 -- long lines, 3 plus hrs. confusion in voting area over which precinct to go to, polling staff is very confusing. reported to brd of elections & hotline

EIRS #39399 -- Precinct 4-A has a faulty machine that doesn't punch through completely about 15-20% of the time; precinct needs two more poll workers by rush hour (judge has asked for the workers, but hasn't gotten them) because lines were extremely long this morning.

note: These are very high Kerry precincts. Looking at the ballot orders in the two precincts, many ballots got switched, resulting in approximately 150 lost Kerry votes.

EIRS #54966 -- Not all poll workers showed up - one precinct line very long. When she complained about the long lines and waiting times, male worker was discourteous, suggested that she vote somewhere else next year. She was quite upset.

3. No, the undervotes concentrated in minority precincts
