Rep John Conyers recently announced that on Jan 6 he & several other members of the house will object to the counting of the Ohio Electors. Conyers is expected to seek additional support form Senators: Biden, Boxer, Obama, Bingaman, Byrd, Clinton, Conrad, Corzine, Dodd, Dorgan, Durbin, Feingold, Harkin, Inouye, Jeffords, Kennedy, Kerry, Lutenberg, Lahey, Levin, Mikulski, Nelson, Reed, Reid, Rockefeller, Sarbanes, Stabenow, Wydem.
"We expect several to call for a challenge, but withourt a single supporter Congress cannot act." (This scenario existed in 2001 - see Farenheit 911)
Evidence of voter suppression would be given by civic & political leaders of groups: United Farm Workers, Gray Panthers, US Labor Against the War, Harvey Milk LGBT Club, Sanfrancisco Labor Council AFLCIO, and others.
The speakers will address charges of suppression, intimidation, machine error, lackof poll workers, counting discrepancies, paperless voting machines, an unscrupulous poll workers and vote-counters.
There is ample evidence of 21,000 undervotes in New Mexico which would have mose certainly overturned the election outcome.
