The totals don't include absentee or provisional. Plus its mostly pug precincts right now.

5. You can't go by that...
They count the votes precinct by precinct, so if the Repub areas are counted first, they will have a bigger share of the early vote.

They had Kerry up 61-39 in Georgia at the exact same time that they called it for Bush.

It would be like calling CA for Bush without counting SF and LA. Don't get over wrought for nothing.

Miami-Dade hasn't reported ANYTHING so far...and there are MANY others with no precints reporting either...Florida isn't done yet!
