This discussion group is for ELECTION RESULTS & Discussion...
yet there have been more threads started on other subjects than on this one recently.

Maybe this just feels like home for some of you, but it would be nice to keep it focused. If it's not related to election results / fraud issues, it doesn't belong here.

If you are bothered by the large number of nonrelevant threads in this group, give this thread a kick to say so.

6. Hey corbett, did you post that in the main election fraud forum.
Some folks don't read the state forums. Glad he will conduct a hearing in Florida.

12. Great, I can't wait to see your photos!
It will be so exciting to see a patriot like Conyers in person. Be sure to watch out of the distractors that seem so easy to rally in Florida. Remember how rove paid goons to demonstrate in 2000.

Have fun & thanks again for the post & repost! :hi:

3. I don't see what difference it makes. I think its very easy to
pick out any fraud or election reform posts you want. You may run off a lot of good people who have something to contribute by saying don't come here.

8. Why does it matter where are post go?
most of the other forums are completely dead so even though the posts we do put are not specifically about 2005 results they are usually in some way, shape or form realted to them like how we can learn from them to better the 2008 candidate and who it will be.

Why all of the control?

9. I'm not worried about this either
I think the majority of the posts here are still related to election issues. But it's a lively forum and there will be some tangential posts. Anything to do with the coronation, future candidates, general aftermath, protests (protests will include election issues in future, I'm sure)--to me all that is fine. Too much policing leads to arguments abut what is acceptible. The moderators presence, and kicking of threads if they're more relevant to the group is enough control.

10. There have been calls for other forums...
The thing is that all the crap about BFEE is so woven together and goes back pre 2000.

Please nominate a better place for The Bush Opposition to post.

13. Agreed. And this forum could be subdivided
with a separate irregularities and fraud forum.

And remember, there's a Voting Issues Forum too.

14. Election Fraud is an octopus with long arms...
For instance, I got involved in writing and promoting the DU LETTER OF THE WEEK (keeping our "talking points" out there for Congress and the media--a project that began here in the 2004 Election forum ) because I feel it's very important to boost the power of the Senators and Congress folk who are most likely to support investigation of election fraud and election reform.

For instance, Barbara Boxer--one of the great heroes of Jan. 6--has asked for our support on the Condoleeza Rice nomination, and has stated that the 40,000 letters she received about it were a great help in her tough questioning of Rice in the committee hearings. (They may have had a direct effect on Boxer's ability to get extra time for the questioning, and for a full floor debate, 9 hours, over two days, Tues/Wed, this week).

Empowering Boxer IS empowering election fraud as an issue. Her VERY FIRST action in this Congress was the Jan. 6 challenge of the Ohio electors, and she has been assaulted by the fascists because of it.

We MUST support her in her major fights, if there to be anything done on election fraud in Congress this year.

Conyers and other House members must also be supported. Conyers is right now asking for pressure on Sensenbrenner (Repub head of Judiciary Committee) for full investigation. We must support this also--with letters, phone calls, media blasts, etc.

See this thread for ACTION tools and links on Boxer/Rice and Conyers/Sensenbrenner:

17. If you are bothered by the large number of nonrelevant threads...
then you aren't really living in the real world

people and their intercommunication will never fit into neat little boxes

isn't this whole 'Democratic' thing about Freedom?
even if it's such a minor thing as posting what you want to say where you feel comfortable

the relevant and important threads always rise to the top
the others drop
it's natural thread selection

this World is limiting enough without us imposing unnecessary restrictions on ourselves

Let the People speak.
If you want to read what they say, do it.
If you don't, then don't.

no need to get bothered
release the Reins
Live and Let Live
