if anything, he has a liberal bias as he worked for the liberal democrat Mario Cuomo.

I did not know Russert was a target of this site. Do enlighten me.

11. I don't see a liberal bias
or a conservative bias.

I thought that Russert is one of the last remaining truly non-partisan, tough on both sides journalist.

10. He had Bush in his clutches and totaly wimped.
So So many questions could have been answered without spin. Russert let him walk. You have to be polite and not follow up in questions to Bush, Russert deferred.

4. Kerry is a big boy and quite capable of defending himself
Ressert is a tough interviewer who will trip up an unprepared guest. Kerry will do just fine.

6. Now, Now, Kerry won't be that easy to smear. He has the TRUTH on his side
If Russert tries to smear him, he'll likely not get very far. Kerry has just come back from Iraq and several other middle east countries. Iraq is falling apart and we are hearing and seeing that is the case more and more every day. Kerry is an effective speaker in this environment. Any smear attempt will likely be effectively shoved right back in his face!

I can't wait to see it!

12. Me too!
It's very good timing for Kerry, having just gotten back from the war zone. He will have a lot of stuff to say I'm sure. And, I think that he's FINALLY stepping up.......not that I question his judgement.

And BTW, the DU astrologers over yonder say this is going to be one wopper of a week! Let's see what happens!

14. will have to tune in....
What this country needs is more of Kerry's sanity and less of G.Brish.
There's an article in todays WP on MSNBC site about the things on G. Brish's agenda in Europe, and his determination to bring Germany and Russia to heel. Scares the HEEEEEEEEEELL out of me. With more Kerry leadership even in a less than presidential capacity we can at least fool ourselves into a composure of false security from time to time.
Sort of a time out from G.Brish's CRISIS governance.

15. Is it NBC or MSNBC?
I went to the NBC website but when I clicked on Meet the Press it took me to MSNBC. I couldn't tell if that was just for the rerun or if that was its normal channel.

16. Russert is now on both MSNBC and NBC.
The front page refers to today, as Negraponte was a guest.

17. Let's just hope...
...that he keeps his message clear and doesn't trip over his own tongue. I really liked today's NYTimes piece about his being being a "shadow President"...and I'm excited that he will be introducing his health care plan for children this week.

19. Really nice, Pamela!
I'm as angry as anyone over this stolen election, and it seems to help A LOT to have something or someone to feel even a little bit hopeful about!
