Board of elections in Cuyahoga says.... (Cleve Oh)
It looks like we won't get results till early morning. We are big time Dems here, but it might be a while before we get Ohio's numbers.

1. Only 8/1440 precincts in Cuyahoga have been counted
Dem head Jimmie Demora expects Cuyahoga to have a 200,000 vote margin for Kerry. Watch for better numbers ahead.
...
Paper ballots are being handed out in Summit County at the polls now. The delays were horrible.
