1. None that I know of.
As I remember Cantwell's election was close, but not THAT close.

2. Well...
you don't know the behind the scenes story then do you. You might want to look to Thurston county Washington for a clearer picture of Marias win in Washington State..

i am just wondering here in fla..why nelson keeps voting for * candidates, and seeming *lite!!

7. Nelson is running scared for some reason and thinks these votes will
save him but they want. He has heard over and over that people will vote for the real thing so I'm afraid he has lost his seat in Florida come 06.

11. Re-election fear! Let's face he's our only dem left in Florida

He's got a bullseye on his back. I am sure it will be hard for him to energize the traditional base so he's probably aiming for repugs as well. Heared his long winded speech on SS?

8. Maria Cantwell voted AGAINST Gonzales. What am I not getting here?
And she spoke very well today against him, with a great big blue sign behind her that said, in great big letters, "ENRON FRAUD." She told me something I didn't know, that Gonzales was not just Bush's attorney, he was ENRON's attorney!

10. By "aye voting Senators", I assumed the OPer meant voting
aye to confirm the electoral votes since we are in the 2004 Election Forum...made sense to me, but I'm far from a regular in these parts.

ignatzmouse did an analysis of the NC vote, found evidence of fraud re Bush and as I recall as said he thought the Senate vote was also fixed...

Democratic Underground (ignatzmouse):
(North Carolina: absentee ballot vs. electronic, inexplicable 6% edge to Bush in electronic:)

I think the BushCons will keep some token Dems, to make things look sort of democratic, but who will they be? And who has made a pack with the Devil to obtain or preserve a little fiefdom within the Evil Empire?

These need to be looked at closely - voted YES on Gonzales today, while 35 Democrats (and Jeffords) were voting NO:

MARY LANDRIEU
KEN SALAZAR
MARK PRYOR
BILL NELSON (Fla.)
JOSEPH LIEBERMAN
BEN NELSON (NE)

and the three Dems who didn't vote...

Baucus of MT
Conrad of MD
Inouye of HI

12. the answer is that we don't know . . .
just like we don't know how many districts and how many states Bush carried due to election fraud . . . such is the miracle of electronic voting and having private Republican corporations count the votes . . . "It's not who votes that counts; it's who counts the votes" . . .

just when did the American people agree to turn their elections over to private firms? . . . I know I never voted on that issue . . .
