Bev says that Kerry conceded based on info from the Ohio Secretary of State's office that there were 150,000 provisional ballots. Bev says there has been no auditing of provisional ballots, and Ohio couldn't tell us right now whether there are 150,000 or 500,000 provisional ballots. She suggests Kerry conceded based on info from republican Sec. of State office that the office never had.

Avi Rubin is a Computer Science professor at Johns Hopkins University. He's studied electronic voting for a couple of years, and has warned about the problems with it. On the show, when asked if he feels certain if george bush won the election, Rubin says, "I don't know."
