3. What do you need?
jbond56 taped cnn and msnbc coverage over election night. I know he has popular vote and state-by-state numbers as they came in from the ticker; he and I have analyzed some of it. He may have other stuff too, but perhaps in a less accessible form. Anyway, if there's specific stuff you're looking for, I would PM him.

5. Okay, here's what I'd do
Try jbond56 first (go to profiles, put in the name, then you can email him or pm him); if he doesn't have what you want, you can order it from the Federal Document Clearing House, which sells the coverage, you just tell them what hours you want and they will put it on VHS or DVD for you. When I investigated this in December (I was looking for coverage of the 2000 election) I spoke with Camilla at (301) 731-1728, x143. You can order online too, but it was easier to speak with a person who could look up what I wanted. I remember the price being about $50 per hour for video, $60 per hour for DVD. Hope this helps.
