it is in Japanese. On your browser choose view "text encoding" or whatever your browser says about different lanuages. If you have auto detect Japanese great, if not you may have to try all forms of Japanese. Just for the fun of it.

It says "blackbox voting" an interview with vice chair Andy Stephenson

Hope this cheers you up.

1. It came up legible the first time for me.

I not only have Mozilla set for "auto detect" with Japanese checked, but I have the Win XP Asian character set installed.

I'll take a stab at it myself, but it looks as though it'll be slow going.
