How about if we all register as Republicans.
That way we will all get preferential treatment.
Then vote Democrat. It will drive them crazy
wondering what they did wrong to lose so many
members of their constituency. Too Rove like?

3. I sign up at Republican web sites.
It puts me on all the Repub mailing lists. I use up as much of their mass mail budget as I can. I also use the free return mail envelopes. Usually stuff them with Planned Parenthood, NARL literature or out of date pizza coupons.

Make a single $5 donation to the RNC and you'll get hundreds of postage paid return envelopes to stuff!

6. Can you imagine? I mean, can you IMAGINE this
millions of dems register as repugs
then vote in the primaries for their
biggest loser of a candidate (hard
choice, I know)... then come election
time... go to the cushy repug polling
sites... then vote for Democrat.
It's so juicy I love it.

12. What is a "cushy repug polling site"? Your polling site is assigned by
address, not party affiliation. What state are you in that assigns polling places by party?

9. I think we need to stick to the truth and beat the monsters as the
adults we are. If we dig deep and stick to the truth - we wil prevail.

The thugs have a lot of demographic data and they may already know who you are. Changing parties would be detected by some Rove Alert that goes off every time it happens in a Dem precinct.

They already had a primary in which a big loser won and he went on to become the 43rd President. I suppose Alan Keyes might have done a little worse, but then anyone with an R after their name gets their vote, so backing a "weak" candidate wouldn't matter.

The MSM would get behind whoever is nominated too.

IMHO, the only hope would be to vote for a more "moderate" Repub that would be more like a Democrat lite (or a DLC Dem), move the party toward the center and thereby marginalize the worst elements of the party, as well they should be. In the general election, the Dems could win because they would be seen as the REAL thing. If the Repub wins, you get another Bill Clinton. Not so bad given the neoCon alternative. Are there any moderate Repugs left though? They are all such Bush acolytes!

13. One time, I got a call from them, asking me if I wanted to help them out.
I don't know if they wanted money, volunteers, infiltration into some church, or what. I was so pissed that I told them they had too much power already, were ruining the country, etc. So they probably have ME pegged at this point! I should have a been a bit more stealthy and used this to my advantage.
