ACTION: Need Open Records Activity (Legal Status)

We are proceeding with legal action to secure access to the Open Records associated with a letter sent out requesting access to the Diebold CD that comprises the dump of the PCMCIA card and includes the database files that store all the ballots.

Our attorneys are asking for several things and we need help.

ALL Open Records appeals that were litigated successfully and case names/caselaw references

*** I heard Dean speak that FL was winning some sunshine lawsuits to this end and I have to believe the folks in OH are having similar success.

Or any other states, if you made a legal challenge to any aspect of elections open records and won, please let me know (you can PM me if it's too sensitive to share on board)....

we have 2 weeks to compile this data, so folks, your help is GREATLY appreciated. I don't have to tell you what happens when we have the CD... it's fraud litigation time!!!

You already know everything I know, but I'll kick the thread to help the cause.

IN some states, it's called Freedom of Information Act too.

Whatever your state calls it, anytime someone asked for election records and won a case to probe past denials...

I mean they have access to the databases of all litigated cases by subject and state, don't they?

already done that, just looking to see if there is anything we missed.
it's not always called same thing in all states..

sometimes it FOIA Freedom of Information Act, sometimes Open records, sometimes Sunshine laws, so just hoping to cover all bases
