Southern University. They went to register there, and they told you to go home and told not to vote there, but you had to go home to vote. They had to go back home to vote. They don't have a way to get home to vote. It happened to 1, 000 students. They were registered @ home ..when they got home, they told you to go home to vote.

Knows it was submitted on time. Filled out card in mid-late September. She was not in the system and chose not to fill out provisional ballot. Some students could vote, others could not.
