Looking for witnesses in Ohio fraud investigation
Date: Mon, 11 Apr 2005 12:45:22 -0700

As you can see from the story below, a special prosecutor has been appointed to investigate allegations that the presidential recount in Cuyahoga County was conducted in violation of state law.

If you were a recount observer in Cuyahoga County and have information which
can support these allegations, please contact the attorney representing David
Cobb (and Michael Badnarik).

You can reach John Bonifaz, general counsel for the National Voting Rights
Institute, at jbonifaz@nvri.org.

Thank you,
Blair

Cobb-LaMarche Green Party Presidential Recount Campaign

1. The same thing happened in most Ohio counties, report on those also
It has been documented that most Ohio counties failed to follow Ohio law in the recount; and have a similar problem to the Cuyahoga problem being investigated. Those with info on the other counties should report those also to authorities.
