The door hanger does appear to be non-partisan material until and unless you see the disclaimer at the bottom. She says she was trained in Broward, but is not wearing EP T-shirt and doesn't seem to know rules re: non-partisanship.

Florida Bero Beach Voter Intimidation Caller described an incident in which an 18-y-o Democrat male was driving past a main intersection where several Bush demonstrators were. The driver shouted, "Go Kerry," and was subsequently verbally assaulted by one of the demonstrators, and then another demonstrator pulled a gun on him. According to caller, this has been reported in the media inaccurately. The man who pulled the gun was arrested and charged wtih aggravated assault, but then released on his own recognizance. Caller wants to know if we have lawyers who can counsel the 18-y-o in connection with this incident.
