Remember Judge Moyer? Well he just recused himself....
in a case concerning rare-coins in Ohio.

5 Ohio justices step down from rare-coin case

I hope this is pay-back for his bull-shit ruling in January. Remember when he refused to recuse himself from the case where he was named in the plea? I can't help but think this case of the Rare-coins trading in Ohio is linked to the 2004 debacle. There's too much information coming all too quickly for this to be a lucky strike by a local reporter. It's also funny that there is a link between Mr. Noe and the Bush Campaign.

"The Blade has learned, Mr. Noe has loaned $65,000 to the Lucas County Republican Party over the last three years, helping it remain viable in the run up to last year’s presidential election.
The party has only paid back $2,000, records show.

Mr. Noe’s fund-raising work on behalf of President Bush has garnered him the coveted status of a Bush “Pioneer,” which introduces him to a new group of potential clients."

2. Go Toledo Blade, Go! (They have been on this case for awhile -
even reported about the stolen/lost coins - which law enforcement was never informed about.)

But -- you and modmom may be right, there may be something VERY peculiar here....

Yep.... wouldn't recuse himself when he was a plaintiff, and now this.... hmmm will anyone remember?

5. If we could tie COINGATE to Election Fraud in Ohio
that's all she wrote..

what would you have an investigator do first to get to the bottom of the connection?

ideas on things to look for.. cell logs of Noe, personal financials, etc...

who is gathering all this and how can we access it for looking for election payoffs...... payments from ACG who is diebold's money laundering lobbying arm.....

6. Well the one thing I see....
Is they all seem to be connected to the same scam...

Clifford Arnebeck has alot more on this in the litigation at http://ohiohonestelections.org

My guess is Bob Ney knew about the Triad violators and using large illegal campaign donations, paid off the court...That way it wouldn't become a national scene. Think about it....Judge Moyers and the others on the bench under Voinovich were basically selected....Arnebeck knows all about the all the back years of corporate donations and privateering.

In order to get Moyers to keep quiet and not put attention on the stickers and optical scan mistabulation Bob Ney probably paid him around 10000 dollars which he got from deliberating with his masters in the White House.
