Something I noticed with the voting video
If you haven't seen the "video the vote" video you should. One thing I've noticed is in the area's that are video taped with problems the place where people go isn't that big of a room where they can have access to more machine's and thus results in the long line's. Of course they also had other problems like malfunction's, people not getting provisional ballots and the like. In one video I saw at CommonCause's website is a girl was with her mother to vote and the mother is telling what happened and according to the mother the polling people said the girl couldn't vote because she didn't vote the last time. When I heard that my mouth fell open and I wanted to fall out of my chair. I'm in Tennessee and when I went to vote at my polling place it's in a church in a small dinning room. Of course we don't ever use machine's but paper ballots and a sharpie pen so there's never been any line's when I go vote. I just thought that was an interesting thing to notice.

1. An apostrophe signals ownership, not a plural.
Just a tip.

4. Good Grief
Madhat: How about a comment on the topic, instead of grammar and spelling lessons?

As to my comment on the topic, I'd be interested in seeing this video, is there link for it?

They have someone on video being told they can't vote if they didn't vote before?? WTF?

5. I think they
look big enough to add more machines,Ever go to grocery store on Saturday, they just keep adding cashiers, its a big store but it don't take much room for all them cashiers, they keep thousands of people, from having to form a line through the store, out the door and down the block.

You have to know there is going to be a big crowd in order to have enough cashiers ready to handle it. Just like they knew there was going to be a big voter turnout on Nov 2,2004,but for some reason not enough voting machines.
