JULY 22, 2005

COLUMBUS — Tom Noe stole millions of dollars from the state and used a “Ponzi” scheme to fabricate profits within the state’s $50 million rare-coin investment, Ohio’s attorney general said yesterday.

“There was an absolute theft of funds going on,” Attorney General Jim Petro said.

Mr. Petro said there is evidence that Mr. Noe pocketed nearly $4 million in money invested with the coin fund through the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation since 1998.

Mr. Petro asked a judge to further restrict the former Toledo-area coin dealer from selling personal assets because he believes they may have been purchased with state money...

2. Stolen Taxpayer $$ then Given as Political Contributions to Repubs
Noe and his wife (who was of course on the local Board of Elections) gave huge contributions to all of the Ohio and Federal Republican candidates. They were among the biggest contributors in the country.

These Republicans have been busy "giving the money back" from their campaign funds. But guess what, the funds do not go back to Noe or to a lock box where the State of Ohio can get its stolen money back. These Republicans are giving the money back by contributions to other Right Wing Religious "charities" such as the group Blackwell and "Rev" Rod Parsley ran which put the "Gay Marriage Ban" Amendment on the Ballot in Ohio.

So money stole from me as an Ohio Taxpayer, is given to Republican Candidates to use during the elections, and then when it is discovered stolen it is given to Religious Charities.

How come we Taxpayers are still holding an EMPTY bag?
