Found what I was looking for thanks

I remember looking at a website on election reform that I liked and now I can't seem to find it. The home page of the site had a color coded map of all the states and where they were classing election reform in various states. The site foucused on reform and not fraud. I liked the site and wondered if anybody could help me in finding it again?

2. Check the third link in my sig.

When this started in Nov I built a list of groups and such. If the group was not formed since then there's a good chance it's in there somewhere.
