I measured the Sequoia Advantageheres the down low-

This voting machine is not HAVA compliant and cant be used in a the Federal election coming in 2006.
NJ has 6500 of these--- they need to be replaced-- to the tune of upwards of& 65 million---
67 counties nationwide used this machine last November.

1. So how do you make them do it?
Seems to me, states have just been ignoring the parts of laws they find inconvenient.

Should someone sue them?

2. The NJ AG staff was threatened on tuesday with going to FEDERAL

DISTRICT court. This might be criminal negligence. Basically they have about 2-3 weeks or we blow the crap outta them in the press as this gets filed in Fed court.

WE are calling the shots-- Ramon Cruz, Donna Kelly, Marcus Green need to save their resumes before the sh*t hits the fan.
