1. I picked up something, somewhere along the line, that his campaign
manager was extremely concerned about election fraud. Sorry, don't have a link. It was in one of the Hackett threads at DU, I think. Not a news article, but someone reporting from the campaign--and the date was just before that election. A couple of days before, or maybe even the night before, or day of. I gathered from that, that Hackett was savvy about it.

I'm doing this from memory, I can be more precise later:

punch cards (5 counties)
optiscan-precinct count (1 county_
optiscan - centralized count (Clermont County -- where they had the magic recount)
