Diebold Sued by Two Groups of Investors AP
The suit alleges that Diebold violated securities laws when it was unable to assure the quality and working order of its electronic voting machines, which came under scrutiny for several errors made during the presidential election in 2004.

1. Ah, Sweet Diebold ...
It wasn't enough to screw the American people; they had to screw their own investors as well. I hope someone is investigating the bank accounts of the Diebold powers-that-be -- no one risks tampering with an American presidential election without due financial recompense.
